  1. I didn't see it, but read the transcript. The tone of the words sounded like "I need to be better than this" vs holier than thou type of a speech.
  2. I have always understood that broken bone can be detected pretty quickly, but if there is excess swelling, a soft tissue injury such as a ligament tear could take a while to be able to see on MRI. I could be wrong, but that is my guess as to what they are looking for based on what I remember from past injuries.
  3. It's over.
  4. Then you are on the wrong web site if that is what you think.
  5. Here's my eye test. I didn't see him play 152 games over the last 3 seasons.

  7. It bleeds into his announcing too. I don't know why people like listening to him. If you listen to Jason with literally anyone else, it is a better broadcast. Stone isn't the same guy as he used to be.
  8. He's not likely... He has hurt himself in the field, multiple times. That's a fact.
  9. You don't remember the fragging of 90 day wonders in Vietnam?
  10. The same reason they almost did like 5 other times. Having an up and growing full market to themselves could be more profitable then being the Cubs perpetual little brother in about a 2:1 split of a shrinking Chicago.
  11. I am contacting the White Sox and demanding that Rick Hahn be promoted to manager.
