It was being used as an excuse that these guys didn't have their people, and that's what these changes were about, and why this was the timing. I thought the story was that Getz wasn't allowed to dump guys on multi-year contracts and this was his first chance to shape his coaching staff with Venable? At least that's what we were told six weeks ago.
