My prediction can't fail. The White Sox will win a bunch of games. They'll lose some games too. Eventually the season will be over. And we'll be either happy or sad.

I saw the Reverend Horton Heat and I had to leave because of the smoke cloud. I was kinda hung over and I couldn't even really see the stage because there was sooo much smoke. Great show though. I've been to nonsmoking venues, and I gotta agree - the feeling isn't the same.

You know what, in a sense Putin's kind of right. I wouldn't call in the biggest geopolitical disaster of the century, but its pretty far up the ladder as far as international relations go. The reason being is that throughout the late 1970s and 1980s, there had arrived a certain stability to world order by having two superpowers to ally with. With the Soviet Union gone and Russia being no more than a regional power, the geopolitical climate is much less stable. Although China is rapidly ascending into the role of second superpower, it is still at least 15-20 years away and there is no guarantee of that happening or of reaching a detente similar to what happened with the Soviet Union right away. That being said, I think Putin didn't mean it that way, and his really just showing his true "commie" colors.

I guess the so-called liberal media doesn't much seem to care that one of the people responsible for impeaching President Clinton admitted that the motive was revenge and not the Public Good.

They've been debating about a constitution for decades. I'm not a fan of an EU super state. There are too many differences between their confederation and our confederation that would make their problems completely unworkable. The EU constitution is a joke and not even a real starting document because it doesn't attempt to address any of the core issues that separate the over 20 member states.

In Bill Clinton's presidential term, Republicans attempted six filibusters against Clinton judicial nominees. On March 9, 2000 - Frist participated in one for the nomination of Richard Paez. It failed. All six filibusters failed.

The EU Constitution is a joke. They left out all the areas of disagreement so they could have a document.
