I'm pretty sure that you have to be an All-Star to be in the HR derby. Thomas was one of the league leaders in HRs in 2000, didn't make the AS team, no HR derby.

Most pitchers can get three outs with a three-run lead. Look at Lance Carter. We had to get rid of Foulke. That much was obvious. The guy we got has been on three teams in three years for a reason. Look for that to become four teams in four years very soon.
