Anybody else watch the premier last night? I enjoyed it, and it looks like this season will be very good. It should be a lot better than season six (which IMO was the worst one of the series).

With interleague play now in its 13th season, what are everyone's thoughts on it? Personally, I'm not a big fan. I don't mind having it, but I think it should be scaled down. Maybe play the Cubs six games and then have two other series. My main problem with it is scheduling. How many straight years have we played the Pirates? Five? And teams should have the same schedule as the other teams in the division as well (except for the "rivalry" series).

Seriously. He's absolutely worthless, and there's no point of him being up here. Call up either Torres or Hudson and have them be the long man in the pen. I'm sick of Tony Pena pitching four innings when a starter gets knocked out early.

Brandon Allen has a .420 OBP with an .889 OPS for AAA Reno. Yea, the Sox could use him right now.

Two of my favorite shows starting up here soon, Entourage and Rescue Me. Btw, I'm about halfway through season 3 of The Wire. It could very well do down as my favorite show of all time.
