GT 4/29: This ends tonight! White Sox vs. Rays - 6:10 CT
Since KW went public, the Sox have been out scored 44-10: with a few of their runs coming against non pitchers.

Robert benched mid game for not hustling and/or tweaked hammy
There may be a little lost in translation. It might not really be hey I ran hard yesterday, so I was taking a break today as bad as it was translated. But if the guy can’t go all out, he needs to speak up. It also shows Andrus isn’t the leader type he was advertised, because if he knew, he should have said something.

Bottom line is if you can run hard for 90 feet, you shouldn’t be playing CF that night.

Fire Rick Hahn
I read something that since Rick took over as GM the White Sox have the 26th best record in baseball. And not that wins and losses in the lower levels is all that important in the grand scheme of things, but their affiliates have the worst record in baseball. All are a combined 657 games under .500. I think that hire was a miss.

The Pedro Hire
I get your point and agree with a lot of it. But I do think this is also White Sox issue. I certainly don’t think it’s Charlie Montoya’s or Pedro Grifol’s fault Robert doesn’t know the bench coach’s name. Somewhere along the line, the White Sox made it OK for Robert to get away with being so aloof. Somewhere they made it OK to decide before a game he was a little tight , no need to tell the trainers or the manager, just take it easy today. Much like Sammy Sosa with the Cubs, the Sox created this “monster”. I don’t really think Robert is a monster BTW. He hasn’t been accountable since he was signed, and the Sox are now seeing the cost. if they made him pay attention from day 1. If they emphasized playing smart and what that entailed, if they beat into his brain what was expected of him, he may be a star now. They just gushed at the talent, in wonderment a guy like this was really a White Sox, when it was obvious, despite as much talent as anyone, his game was lacking in a few areas, and let him slide by. This season is over. The Sox need to prepare for the future. Send him down. Get him straightened out in all aspects. Maybe it pays off later. If you just let him be, you are going to have a guy who is unreal for stretches and then just taking it easy for some reason. I doubt they have the balls to do it.

Why isn't Colas playing more?
There was a poster yesterday in the gamethread who was pulling for Colas to succeed because of his style of play. I agree. This is one guy who always plays hard, and one guy who seems beyond bothered when it isn’t going his way. I hope he figures it our. We can use guys like him.

Robert benched mid game for not hustling and/or tweaked hammy
Robert doesn’t know the coaches names, doesn’t know who is in the line up. Why do I think if he was with another organization, he wouldn’t have these issues? This to me is an indictment of the White Sox organization.. He needs some mental development. Send him down. I think if he was a Ray, he might be MVP. They would have forced him to learn what he needs to know. Just more accountability issues.

They just showed it on thr post-game show. I don't think I have ever seen R Chuck so miffed at a player at least on the air. He was visibly pissed ar the explanation.

Robert benched mid game for not hustling and/or tweaked hammy
It's even more bizarre. Robert said he had a tight hammy so he decided he was going to half ass it today. He told Eloy and Andrus, but no one on the coaching or training staff. When Pedro asked him after he loafed if he was OK he said yes. So they benched him. Robert doesn't know Charlie Montoya's name. Either Eloy or Elvis eventuallly told Pedro what was up.R Chuck is so dismayed.

No he's not. According to him, you can't make any money owning a baseball team, but for some reason selling will cost him too much.

GT 4/29: This ends tonight! White Sox vs. Rays - 6:10 CT
28 games into the season, thr Sox could win their next 14 and still have the ultimate mediocre record.

I hope the Sox send a message and if TA is up Tuesday, they send Robert down.

GT 4/29: This ends tonight! White Sox vs. Rays - 6:10 CT
It was funny Hahn mentioned his Sporting News Exrc of the Year the other day considering he was the guy who fired Renteria the year he won Manager of the Year.

Regarding the Sox lead, as the Superfans once sung, the only question is when would it end, it was never in doubt my friend.

Good for Pedro. I don't know why Robert came out fot the top of the 2nd, but maybe they wanted to give Oscar some time to get loose.

Robert should be taken out of the game.

Giolito: “I hate losing…”
The funny thing is the Sox had so many players in the WBC, I figured they would be ahead of most teams at the start. I figured a hot start and maybe a little fade at the end of the season. I was as wrong as Hahn. JR might have his eye on me.

Fire Rick Hahn
The problem is if you trade these guys now, guess who is making the trades?

Updated: Losing Streak Watch - Historical
They should have Jewel sponsor paper bag day fans can wear over their heads during the game. Since attendance will be low, Jewel won’t have to supply very many.

Giolito: “I hate losing…”
Sooner than that. JR will be celebrating when the player rep is gone when the team finally wakes up and realizes they aren’t mired in mediocrity anymore. They are worse, and the same dopes that put them in this situation will start trading off pieces with Gio , being a player rep, one of the first to go, earning Rick and KW another merit badge from JR.

Fire Rick Hahn
Considering they were 39-34 their last 73 in 2021, 81-81 last season, and 7-20 this season, so 127-135 their last 262 games, 74-61 looks next to impossible, in their effort to be mediocre. Sustained winning, multiple championships. How is this for lack of logic. If it is finally determined that a change is needed with who makes the roster, it more than likely will be made after these same bozos are the ones trading players at the deadline. A change needs to be made now. Take the keys away from Rick and Kenny before they make more mistakes.

From what I’ve heard and read the DL the Bears drafted have 1st round talent, but motor is a question.
