I'm beginning to think they heard exactly what they wanted to hear from Pedro. Not about his style, but about their players.

Their lack of much action the last couple of offseasons and trade deadline last year indicates they seem to think they have a pretty stacked roster. If it's stacked and youre 7-18, the manager and coaching staff have to go.

If you have a roster you think is a contender, absolutely. If the roster isn't a contender, and is as bad as teams you had when you were trying to lose, you need to fix the front office.

He pulled that last trade deadline when he did nothing. In reality, it probably was for the best, because he more than likely would have made the team worse then, and worse now. WHEN CAN WE EXPECT ACCOUNTABILITY?

No matter what in life, when people start to spin, there is a big problem.

I liked the Pedro hire. I loved how he talked about preparation and going out and kicking the opponent's ass every night. Obviously, he can't execute. So either it's either the players or the staff. If it's the players, Hahn and KW need to go. If it's the staff, they need to be replaced while you can still salvage something. Which is it? TBH, it's probably a lot of both.

Rick Hahn saying some fans hope the rebuild fails so they can say I told you so....They have been saying I told you so since he took over, and have been right. No real Sox fan is really enjoying this. It fucking sucks. Last year sucked. You wait 6 months and hope things will be better, and the season is over and it's still 40 degrees outside. Resign Rick.

They need to do something, but it doesn't appear it would be Pedro. According to KW, he is exactly what they thought he was.

They have been outscored 11-0 in 13 innings since KW said he was irritated and accountability wasn't a problem.

A winless road trip. 7-18. If no accountability is shown between now and the first pitch of tomorrow's loss, this franchise just doesn't care.

Seriously, Pedro almost seems to be trying to piss someone off with who he has been leading off with recently.

This game should be over by 12:30.

They used the toughest and easiest schedule bit last year.

And it's not like they are just a great team with just an extended bad streak. They are below average for well over 250 games.

While KW talked accountablity, he still mentioned they had to make up 6 games in 5 1/2 months. It's really 5 months and 7 games now, but what they don't realize is good teams don't start like this. If they win today, it's happened once, and that team was a wild card. Hard to believe a WC is coming out of the ALC. If they lose today, no playoff team has ever started 7-18. They are done. Make changes now.

I wonder how many ticket plans they sold at the open house at GRF last Saturday. I doubt enough to cover the costs for the event.

Even if they were to fire Hahn and move Getz to GM, which, judging by the minor league rankings and develpment, would be ridiculous, the FO policy and concepts may be the same, but perhaps Getz goes after different players than Hahn. At least that would be some change. Keeping it exactly the same has gotten them in this mess. Change needs to happen today.

Fire Pedro, make Montoya the interim. Tell everyone Hahn has been reassigned to sitting in his backyard and see if anything happens,
