Again, a lot of players have trouble adjusting to being a DH. Even Frank Thomas. The whole rotating DH thing is just another toy that Ozzie doesn't need to be playing with. Having a defender the ilk of Teahen playing 3B last night so Omar Vizquel can DH is a joke.
