Congrats. Just try to be prepared as well as you can be prepared. It is a great investment, the only problem is stuff goes wrong occassionally. I don't have kids, so mowing lawns, snow removal that stuff is on me. . I'm not very handy, but am one who can figure it out if I have to. But sometimes that is just not practical. Hopefully you have someone you trust or can fix things, because they do break. .I wussed out, and after 5 years went back to condo living. Donaldson is an irritant and that is what he was trying to do. He claimed he was trying to diffuse any tension, but we know that isn't something he does. It was a flippant remark that was meant to piss TA off, and it was, whether it was intended to be or not, racist.

I have been stuck on Keuchel starts this year. They did win his last start against them. A few years ago, it seemed every game I had tickets for were James Shields starts. Those really sucked. The games were almost always over in the first couple of innings.

That is a weird spot. 100 feet in any direction away is very safe. Loyola has a dorm a block away. But right in front of that McDs is a Chicago Red Line stop and it's pretty shady there sometimes, and it has spilled into the restaurant several times. I've always wondered with how the city handles other businesses with shootings how that McDs remains open. I'm sure there is corporate pressure.
