I never insisted. I said there could be. The other issue is you don’t win many MLB games these days scoring 2 run. Also if 6 innings 3 runs is a quality start, would 4 innings 2 runs be good for a bullpen?

He just started playing catch, so probably a while. The other issue is many times something with the bicep turns into an elbow issue.
