Just like everything else in his life, Trump is in it for Trump. Nothing else. Hugging the flag, calling himself a patriot, all part of the show. His campaign had a ton of contact with Russian operatives. They definitely hacked the election , Trump is soft on Putin. It all adds up. Whether there will be enough to impeach him or not is the question, and with spineless republicans the answer is almost a lock no. Any vote for a republican senator or congressman in the midterms, or write in or independent that has no chance, is a vote for Trump to go unchecked the rest of his term. If the right is really as much about the constitution as their 2nd amendment cries, they will do the right thing. I understand for a republican, having a dem house and Senate isn't ideal, but they bought the Trump snake oil, they have to make a sacrifice to bring common sense and civility back to this country.

Totally serious. You don't need anything to play out to come to conclusions. You buy everything Trump and the Alt Right sites you follow tell you is fact.

I agree. My issue isn't Carter. He's a fine player, but I don't see NBA finals because of him. They needed to do what they could do to move up. Just staying where they were, they did what anyone would do with 7. If the Porter medicals were bad, and they must have been if so many teams passed, then they have to take Carter, or trade it. They seem to think they can develop players into stars because of Jimmy Butler. If they really were that good at it, they wouldn't be in this situation. Maybe they get lucky and a star FA signs with them eventually. I will not be holding my breath.

The problem with staying where they are and taking the "safe" pick, is it makes them a better team, but it doesn't, in reality, increase their chances at legitimate title contention. That's why they have to roll the dice. If it doesn't work, they are terrible, which in the NBA, makes you closer to a title than average, unless you are a team that can attract the elite free agents, something the Bulls haven't been able to do. They get used by the elites.

I can't help but follow the Trump family, plus it does affect my life. You can choose not to watch CNN if you consider what they report to not be true and totally biased. I would never watch Hannity's show but I do pick up some of what he says from other outlets. IMO, the best thing the MSM could do would be to not show up at a Trump rally. Being ignored would drive him crazy. But unfortunately, due to his position, he cannot be ignored.
