A couple of things about this; It sounds like a little late summer / early fall recreational learning baseball league. I have no real problem if that is the case as if the kid is that dominating it is not a real learning experience but by 9 years old instructional should not be the case The sponsorship thing is a little tricky there and did not make sense. The pussification of America is well underway but the flip side of that is that kids are playing sports at areally young age 6,7 and 8 year-olds are a -lot different than 9,10 and 11 year olds. That is why when Mike North used to rant about everyone gettting a trophy I had to laugh as I see nothing wrong with this when you are trying to give a basic understanding to really young kids on how to play the game correctly. Although the IHSA is trying to give every team a state championship but I digress.

In the bottom of the 12th today the scheduled hitters are Quentin/Crede/Anderson Griffey and Dye are both on the bench. Uribe PH for Ramirez, so Ramirez is out of action. Problem is who plays 3B in the top of 12th if Crede can't.... Getz at 2B/Uribe at 3B then Getz has to finish the game. Crede may be rushed back for one ab in the bottom of the 12th of a tied game.

I hate Orlando Cabrerra and therefore like the Jeff Cox move. He needs to know to not get guys thrown out when there is a player that can come through. I also think Alexi Ramirez is the best hitter on the team when it comes to driving in a run or having to do something t oadjust during an at-bat.

Anyone else completly done with Orlando Cabrerra? I would like to see Ramirez lead-off, I know it is not ideal but whatever and see Uribe back at short IF Crede is healthy and by healthy I mean he better be liting it up at AAA. I hate Orlando Cabrera and think he is the biggest piece of s*** player I can remember.

Usually denim shorts with black gym shoes. Mesh shirt with 3/4 length sleeves and either a skull and cross bone or confederate flag bandana. I go with Dick Allen shirtless look if rain or temps over 75 degrees are in the forecast.

If Obama wins, Jesse jr. will push hard for hte Peotone airport. Obama would be a huge promotional factor for the city. People that bithc about the games will b**** about anything. I still would like them to built a retractable stadium that could be used for Super Bowls, Final Fours, and inclimate weather baseball.
