With the switch to satellite, his show was suppose to get better and even more popular. Using your numbers, XM continued to sign up the same number of subscribers as Sirius after the deal. What does that tell you? Again using your fan boy inflated numbers, It tells me 8 million didn't care and 3 million did. Still an amazing number, but far from legitimacy.

There are parallels to Baylor perhaps in how the coaching staff responded, but someone was murdered in the first. In this is would have been manslaughter. This was an accident.

Sirius would be gone. We can debate all day about kind of numbers Stern brought. We can quote Rex's ridiculous number of 1 million or mine, which is about 3 million. NO OTHER RADIO GUY COULD DO THAT. Not even Rush. People love Rush (morons), but are not going to follow him in droves like us Stern morons. *breathing* I am done. So why doesn't Stern start his own satellite venture? With all those subscribers, just wanting his show, cut the expense of all those other channels and have an all Stern channel. If he is responsible for almost 1/4 of all satellite subscribers, he could single handily shut down the industry.
