There should be some checkout at bars, I really like that idea, my brother would probably be alive today if Softball City in Grayslake, IL. did that. He later registered .21 at the morgue. Thinking aboout the parents, Coming home at 2 am to a party, I'd probably yell first and think later. I can't hold them too responsible. They are probably feeling pretty bad right now.

Another key area that it is different is the TV industry was/is producing profits. How will the public be served if one or both were to go out of business?

I'm guessing eventually there would be a tiered structure like cable TV. Eliminate the overlap in music stations and offer premium packages which mix both stations offerings. Maybe a-la cart sports programming.
