Illinois picked up 2 huge commits for 2016 football: 4* Rb Moran and 3* qb Peters. Great start to the class.

I found a place I really like but of course I'm running into obstacles. The building has an investor that owns 17% of the units, making it harder to get loan. Now, my loan specialist says she has a lender who allows that to be up to 20%, but they only offer ARM loans. So now I would have to look at those loans (which I don't think are that smart with rates so low right now) and I'm also worried any future buyer would run into the same issue where loans would be hard to get because of that. Now I have to weigh the risk of it being harder to sell with that, combined with an ARM loan, with it really being the only option that I really like at this point.

I would be concerned about the sound quality, that's a lot of metal the sound would be bouncing off of. If they came up with a design to minimize that impact then it's a pretty great idea. And if they could replace your satellite speakers in a 7.2 layout that would be really cool, but not sure how well they would play into that setup especially in regards to placement.

Man I would love a grill section on the stove for during the winter months, not sure how well they actually work but it sounds great to me.

Looking at a few condos tomorrow, really stoked and nervous at the same time. Also, never going to lendingtree again, I just wanted to check rates and got bombarded with phone calls. Huge freakin hassle just sorting through that crap.

I've noticed. But seriously, look at those attendance stats, there isn't some huge trend downwards, in fact, once we have had better years it starts to spike right back up. Will Groce get us to the tournament consistently (heck even this year?), i have no idea. I'd like to think he can but that hasn't materialized yet, but if it does and with the stadium renovations, our attendance % should go even higher (I won't say total attendance because I believe that will be going down slightly with the renovations).
