  1. What can I say? Great game. Great time. Great friends! Cheers to all!
  2. QUOTE(Steff @ May 23, 2006 -> 10:06 AM) They sure all looked like friends yucking it up at a local watering hole on Division after the game last night.. I only hope you stayed your court-ordered 500 feet away.
  3. QUOTE(Steff @ May 23, 2006 -> 08:37 AM) Or... because he got a gooey chocolate chip cookie.. :rolly Are you insinuating that they are, like, friends?
  4. I will applaud and give Frank the ovation he derserves for his contribution to the White Sox. If you didn't like Frank. Sat seated. But don't "Boo". BTW, the difference between tonight and the night Jim Thome returned to Cleveland is the Sox have put together a video tribute and more for tonights game in honor of Frank. Cleveland did nothing for Thome.
  5. QUOTE(BobDylan @ May 22, 2006 -> 01:31 AM) Did everyone ignore Konerko and Crede's errors? Did everyone also ignore the fact that Uribe wasn't charged with an error? 1 bad game, people. Uribe has been rock solid in the field ever since he put on a White Sox uniform. God forbid him to have a couple bad months and a couple of bad defensive plays. Just like Brian Anderson, he isn't hurting the team. Every once and awhile, if you can believe this, a short stop might make a bad throw. Even major league short stops. RELAX. Don't you get it?? If we don't go 162-0 this team SUCKS!!
  6. QUOTE(Brian @ May 21, 2006 -> 09:16 PM) Will probably need an analyzation on the whole Paris sequences. I need to dwell upon them more, but a quick analysis: Carmella commented to Ro that while Tony was in his coma he said "Who am I? Where am I going?" she then stated that she felt she was in a similar train of thought. Then when she was getting ready to leave the city where, as she put it in a cafe, "no one knows who she is" (like Tony in his coma world) she looks over and sees the Eiffel Tower, echoing Tony beacon, in the distance. And like Tony...she chooses to return.
  7. QUOTE(Jimbo @ May 21, 2006 -> 02:55 PM) i like what your saying.
  8. QUOTE(Jimbo @ May 21, 2006 -> 02:54 PM) Can our dumb fans stop chanting sweep please I think the beer is chanting "sweep" our fans are just opening their mouths.
  9. Crede lives for this moment (eh...at least he moved him over)
  10. QUOTE(Jimbo @ May 21, 2006 -> 02:35 PM) Bmac in the bullpen, what is Jose's PC? He's probably just loosening up in case Jose runs into any trouble in the 7th. Ozzie would pull Jose before a "loss" can be hung on him.
  11. QUOTE(NUKE_CLEVELAND @ May 20, 2006 -> 03:48 PM) From now on, as long as those 2 are on this team, these 2 are in the f***ing cool book. These 2 guys got more balls than the rest of MLB put together. Pods comes up swinging as soon as the cheapshot took place and Brian Anderson came out and beat the s*** out of the 1st Flub that got in his way. BADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!! MOFOS!!!!! (i've been drinking)
  12. QUOTE(whitesoxfan101 @ May 19, 2006 -> 05:19 PM) Buehrle didn't have much trouble with that "small strike zone", only gave up 1 hard hit ball that fell in, and no earned runs. Maddux blows, washed up guy saw what's it's like to face a real lineup today. He WAS a great pitcher, keyword being was. Easy there...
  13. QUOTE(DBAH0 @ Apr 27, 2006 -> 08:00 AM) And supposedly the word is, if the new ballpark opens in 2010, they could have a payroll upwards of $90M; Yeah, but by 2010 $90 million will be in the middle of the pack in terms of team salaries
  14. QUOTE(BigSqwert @ May 19, 2006 -> 12:29 PM) We have trouble beating Tampa and KC. They are 4-0 vs KC so far. Things like that might be the difference between a wildcard and a division title. They are 0-3 against us... That can hurt them too if that keeps up
  15. QUOTE(kyyle23 @ May 19, 2006 -> 07:40 AM) IIRC, this isnt the first time(by a long shot) that she has been spotted getting drunk in the past 5 months. Why is it that she can be drunk while pregnant and just get a pass on it? She almost drops her kid, holds him in her lap while driving, drinks while pregnant, lets her kid drop from his high chair. Yep, thats a fit mom. Send her ass back to Louisiana, this sort of behavior must be ok where she is from. As much as we are joking, there was no mention that the drink she had in her hand was alcoholic.
  16. I will be there with about 8 buddies from work. I''ll buy ya the first free beer!
  17. QUOTE(Steff @ May 18, 2006 -> 10:28 PM) And don't be so obvious with the Vodka... you forgot to add: "Y'All" at the end...or Brit won't understand.
  18. QUOTE(Steff @ May 18, 2006 -> 10:16 PM) http://socialitelife.com/2006/05/18/britne...ean_preston.php :headshake Trade in K-Fed's Ferrari for a Stroller! Geez :headshake
  19. QUOTE(WCSox @ May 18, 2006 -> 05:03 PM) Interestingly, that was right around the time that he got hit with the domestic abuse charge. Didn't he beat up his girlfriend with a phone, or am confusing him with another degenerate pro athlete? I believe that was Will Cordero

  21. QUOTE(Steff @ May 18, 2006 -> 08:30 AM) Truly riveting last night :rolly ... I'm torn between the 61 year old trying to pass himself off as a 40 year old.. or the one that was looking for some cat action as my new all time favs. :headshake I want to be the "Policeman disguised as a tree" for Halloween!! Kathy and I coldn't stop laughing at that guy when he'd stumble out of the darkness and tackle a predator in his tree costume.
  22. QUOTE(Steff @ May 18, 2006 -> 09:21 AM) That s*** don't fly in our section. Neither does the wave. The wave sucks...
  23. QUOTE(Steff @ May 18, 2006 -> 09:05 AM) Oh goodie.... :headshake I just love this time of year when all the friends and distant reletives of Ligue come out and show their true colors. We all know after a few beers Steff will be leading the "1908" chant at the Cubs dugout!
