Take Two is trying to acquire MLB rights which AFAIK does not involve the Player's Association in any way. Of course I am like many who don't like to play games that have fake players OR fake teams. After reading this article, it looks like Take Two's contract would not affect EA's MVP plans anyways.

A game I'm actually at instead of watching on TV like most others and Hawk goes and makes the memorable call of the year.

Thinking of starting a team. We have at least 4 or 5 players I know that would join so we would only need a couple more for a full roster (9). We could call it Chicago Soxtalks or something better if anyone's got an idea. P.S. Have any of you guys been building a pitcher? Or want to?

Something serious like this puts things in perspective. Sure there are times when we don't write the nicest things about Mr. Reinsdorf but I know we all wish the best for him and for a quick recovery.

Pats have what it takes. Jets defense really took it to the Steelers and I think the Pats will do the same. Also it's hard to go against Bill and Tom's perfect playoff record together.

Two good defenses against two fairly mobile quarterbacks. I picked ATL in the poll because I don't think they are playing under the kind of pressure Philly has right now. They have a huge monkey on their backs.

This is a good game. Players can be moved around alot because the skills to play most positions are about the same except pitcher. If we have at least 10 people, we can play some 5v5 games and everyone can get some experience points. 5v5 games of 3 innings are best because you get to bat alot and gain points quickly. Put almost all your points into Stamina when you get them. Maybe a couple in speed. I'll probably play alot tonight maybe 10pm or so.

Do airlines have enough money to keep buying them? It sounds awesome but I know most American airlines aren't doing too well. I've never ridden an Airbus plane, but I've always wanted to.

It was supposed to release last summer but this looks like one of those games that will stay in beta (Free) forever. Come on even playing catcher is fun.

Well I made a first baseman and got him up to level 2. This game is pretty fun but it's hard because alot of the pitchers I face are so ridiculous.

I'm glad he's busting his hump as long as the training staff DOES NOT let him come back before he is 100% healthy. With the injuries he's had the past few seasons, I don't want him taking any chances.

I couldn't get search working to see if someone has mentioned this game before. Basically, you go online and create a baseball player at some position and play online games with other people. You can create teams or just play pickup games and earn skill points to make your player better. I think it would be neat if we got a team together and joined one of the leagues. Indy is soft until they prove otherwise. I pick NE for this reason. Supposedly they left the field untarped while it was raining/snowing for undeclared reasons.
