Notre Dame's QB Andrew Hendrix looked very good vs. Stanford tonight. Kind of excited about a QB who is mobile but can actually throw, and throw pretty well. Dude has a cannon arm and was very fast for a QB. He looked like what Tebow wishes he was.

Came home from school on Tuesday w/ my cousins. Nephew turned 2 on Wednesday, spent the day w/ him and my close family Thanksgiving on Thursday at my Aunt's house w/ the whole family, aunts/uncles, cousins, grandmothers Friday went to another Aunt's house for leftover food, other family coming in to town, played games all night Saturday going to my brother's house for my Nephew's big birthday party, will be there all day and night. Sunday driving back to school w/ my cousins. All this while one of my cousins stays at our house for the week. Needless to say, I am getting TONS of family time right now. Good news is that I don't hate my family.

Among a TON of new changes in the CBA (mostly draft related, and it's a lot), instant replay was also expanded. Now, after the umpires confer, there will be reviews on fair/foul balls and "trap" plays. As for what will happen to the runners on foul balls that are ruled fair, I have no idea, but here is my humble solution.... Just my opinion, but I think the runners should get 2 bases, the batter should get 1. I realize there are probably a lot of plays where the batter probably could have made 2nd base, but having a foul ball called fair and getting 1 base is better than having a foul ball called foul and getting no bases. The baserunners, however, almost always have an advantage running because of their leadoff and the fact that they are in a running position, not swinging a bat. Not perfect at all, but IMO it's a decent compromise.

I wonder who will transition better to the rotation in 2012, Feliz or Sale.

The extra wildcard team idea is just a way to make sure Boston doesn't miss another playoff appearance. Now they can get BOS, NY, and TB in every year.
