David Haugh asked Ozzie the other day if there’s anything that would be a barrier (or words to that effect) for him becoming manager of the Sox. He said no, and that he speaks with Jerry and Getz at the park and all is good. I think he’d do it, no question.

I hope they get rained out tomorrow and drop two on Saturday. Going 3-24 for a month of baseball games just doesn’t happen in MLB. That would be remarkably bad. Pedro deserves it if he isn’t fired tonight.

This team needs Ozzie Guillen the rest of the season. It’s not about wins and losses. It’s about motivating some guys that need the right buttons pushed.

Nice job by Fedde so far. Hopefully he just stays focused on himself and ends up on a contender in a few months. We should accumulate as much young talent as possible. My hope is a huge package of prospects for Robert, Fedde, and Wilson. It really could be a difference making trio of players that give you a shot in an LCS and World Series.
