Ozzie showed leadership skills from day 1 at 21 years old annd he wasn’t exactly killing it with the bat. Either you have that trait or you don’t. Apparently Vaughn has some of that. Hopefully the performance rises in the next couple years where both numbers and ability to lead are there.
