The Pence signing means...uh...nothing. I don't think people realize where the Sox are right now. It's a terrible team that has little chance of even going .500 next year. The Sox just need to focus on acquiring as much young talent as possible, and once they get close to being good, then they can worry about signing guys like Pence or McCann.
