That was a good read. I wish I knew more about how he changed Spencer Adams' mechanics and how Adams resisted the changes. I hope he's right. Maybe pitching coaches elsewhere would also be good interviews.

Delmonico continues raking. Why did he get such a late start this year? I know he lost 50 games last year due to amphetamines and that he was a pretty high prospect for Brewers. Just wondering when Sox signed him, etc.
