Marlins last year were almost .500 in that division. They are not White Sox bad. They do operate as if Reinsdorf was running that team.

collecting shortstops - isn't that a trend these days? they are often considered the most athletic and may convert them to the OF. Sox just happen to convert players at the MLB level a bit too much or AAA.

There is an 80% SB rate in baseball. Unfortunately modern baseball is into pitchers throwing thru a brick wall but who cares if they can't hold a runner or know when to cover a base.

we have winning is a habit vs. losing is a habit I still think pens are overrated when it comes to spending money. Sox just need to go old school (early 20th century) with starters. You're in there for at least 7 win or lose. Pens get exposed when starters go 5. It's not like this team is going to win many games. Leave your starters in for 7 and maybe they figure it out. That's my bizarre thoughts anyway.......don't forget I put in bizarre.
