His bread and butter is the draft, player development, and transactions trough trades and waiver pick ups. Yes he has a nice free agent pick up here and there such Zobrist, Mueller, Lester, and Beltre. But probably has had more misses with his long term contracts. I'll probably get bashed for this, but it's true dipping in free agency has been a hiccup to his game.

Again I was disappointed when the Sox selected Fulmer at #8 knowing their were so many questions whether he can make it as a starter. They have to continue try developing him as a starter, but all indications point to him ending up in the bullpen.

You still try to develop him as a starter. The problem is his consistentency with his mechanics. That has been an issue since day 1 and hasn't changed. That's why majority of the baseball Industry believes he will be a reliever. Fulmer mechanics with his breaking ball and fastball command is a big concern. For me I believe there is a 10% chance of making it as a starter. Eratic mechanics, fastball command, and development of his breaking ball are reasons that puts him in the bullpen.

Hopefully Arizona fixes the flaw in Walker's delivery. A couple years ago Seattle shortened his stride which has led to more injuries with his shoulder and seen a decrease in velocity. Would be an easy fix and his elite stuff would return and health wouldn't be in question. Law and Crawford have been harping on that for 2 years with how Seattle has hurt Walker's development.

Tavares would be a must. One of the highest ceilings in all of minors.

You are not getting both Bregman and Springer in the deal. I'm shocked anyone thinks Houston would consider that.

I think the Dodgers are going to let Turner walk and get a compensatory pick and then factor in possibly getting another pick the following year for Frazier. That will help with the load of talent they will lose in this deal. Having Kershaw and Sale would be very scary to the NL during the playoffs. Wouldn't have to go the 3 man rotation anymore during the playoffs.

Toronto, Giants, Mets, and St. Louis would probably have strong interest in Eaton.
