I don't see him being traded, but if the Sox went completely scorched earth Abreu has made up for the trade value that Quintana has lost.

Sure would be nice of Lopez either cut his walk rate or started getting more GB's. A (entering tonight) 11% walk rate and 30.8% GB rate isn't ideal for success in the majors.

Very happy for Giolito. He seems like a player that's been searching for confidence so hopefully this is a nice boost for him.

Pretty remarkable that he's been the best pitcher in the AL for years and still continues to improve.

I think it's still too early to write Michalczewski off completely... but we're getting close to that point. He's going to play this entire season at 22. But at some point he either needs to cut the strikeouts or start hitting for power.
