I would almost rather give May a shot and then use that AJax money towards signing a guy like Cervelli

Preface this by saying sample size, but looking at his numbers, there are a lot of positives to his game right now. He has the best ISO, wRC+, and SLG% of his career so far this season all with a .260 BABIP. In addition, he's seen a drop in his GB% while seeing relatively big jumps in his FB% and hard hit %. Still want to see these numbers stay consistent over a couple months, but I think this is something to be somewhat excited about. If he is starting to put it together, that's a big boost for this team.

I realize it's a "if it's not broke, don't fix it" situation right now, but this offense would look a lot better with his OBP in front of Abreu and Frazier right now.
