Hawk will keep working as long as he can
QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Aug 19, 2016 -> 11:52 AM) Mully and Hanley said it on the score this morning Damn, that sucks. I hope he gets better, but it's unlikely. Say what you want about him, but it's pretty admirable that he continues to do the job he loves even with his health declining.

Hawk will keep working as long as he can
QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Aug 19, 2016 -> 09:09 AM) pretty scary that Hawks "illness" last week was a heart arrhythmia Where did you see this? That can't be good for his long term health.

Sox at Indians (Rodon vs Salazar)
Pinch hitting Navarro for Narvaez made literally no sense. Putting Turner in a tie game in the 9th inning was mind blowing. #FireRobin

White Sox Listening on Sale
QUOTE (Hatchetman @ Aug 15, 2016 -> 06:25 PM) Sale's numbers have a lot of warning signs. They're not going to trade a boat load of prospects for him. And the White Sox can't afford to trade him unless they GET a boat load of prospects. What exactly do you mean by this?

Zack Burdi not coming to Chicago this season
I don't know if I missed it or not, but is there a logical reason to call Burdi up this season? He was just drafted this year...but more importantly, the Sox aren't in playoff contention anyway. Why start up his service time now on a mediocre team when he could still be developing in the minor leagues? I just don't get it. They were arguably still in the hunt when they called up Fulmer, so that is at least a little more understandable., but this is ridiculous.

August 14th Game Thread: ChiSox @Miami Marlins
QUOTE (chitownsportsfan @ Aug 14, 2016 -> 02:49 PM) Looking at this box score is seriously depressing. You got half the lineup with an OPS below 650 and the so called "stars" are actually just 1-3 WAR types. Only consistent player year to year on this roster is Eaton. That is sad. chris sale can go f*** himself too what an awful year he's had in every which way on and off the field. If Sale is having an awful year, I'd like to see you describe every other pitcher on the roster besides Quintana.

August 14th Game Thread: ChiSox @Miami Marlins
Sale has one horrible inning every game that does him in, it's like clockwork.

What happened to Gonzalez? An arm injury?

David Robertson is a fantastic closer
This scrub has already blown 2 wins for Sale, and many others. He's a huge disappointment.

Game Thread: Sox vs. KC Royals August 8th 2016
What once looked like a disasterous outing by Sale now looks pretty solid. Hopefully he gets the win.

Tilson Recovering Well From Surgery
This season really can't get any worse, can it? I guess it could if Sale and Q blow out their arms.

Sox are going to blow this, aren't they?
f***ing idiots.

White Sox Listening on Sale
QUOTE (iamshack @ Jul 31, 2016 -> 08:10 PM) Jesus...where is the twitterverse? Incredibly silent tonight. Tonight is the calm before the storm, broseph. We'll be seeing a lot of action tomorrow around lunchtime hopefully.

Is there a plausible argument for competing next year?
QUOTE (Policiious @ Jul 31, 2016 -> 05:33 PM) YES. trade Rodon to Oskland for Hill. Ro don is not good enough for this rotation. Once Hill is on board, trade Quintana for 2 quality position players who can hit like Lucroy plus 1. Milwaukee would part with Lucroy for a top line starter. That gives u a Sale Shields Hill rotation with a much stronger lineup with a great receiver. If that does not make the Sox a contender I do not know what will Rodon is 2-8 with a high era, stick a fork in him The worst post of the day award goes to you. Congrats.
