Okay, but the thing is, not every player is going to be good ALL season long. I remember Konerko saying that if you regularly have 3 good months in a baseball season, you are a good player. The trick is to have enough players that can play at a high caliber level that can pick up the struggling guys. BECAUSE of the injuries, almost half this starting lineup regularly are AAA players...

Seriously? You think if Eloy, Robert, Madrigal, Engel, Kopech and Eaton were all, or mostly healthy this would still be happening?

Is it regression or is it just going through a rough patch, as all teams, even the best ones, go through? Hard to know, really, especially with all the injuries. Shades of 2020 and 2012 though.

Boy is this team going through it right now. The big question is, are they going to be able to bounce back and dominate again. Or will they let this slump define them.
