This is better than him saying he is concerned because of what trainers have said. Gio may have just not felt comfortable throwing and knowing our pitching situation wanted to play it safe.

Yeah it's essentially trauma from last year. Offense crashing after the third, clown defense late in games, bullpen getting shelled in 8th, etc.

The problem is this feels a lot like last year's 2nd half and issues. Not the way you want to start the year. But we move on.

The injuries we are suffering now are kind of normal. Crochet was expected by many for sure. We can handle the 2 to 4 week injuries that happen every year in moderation. But those Eloy, Robert, Madrigal, and Grandal injuries from last year are back breakers.

What if we re-signed Rodon for 18 mil. Then his arm gets injured because he is always hurt. Then Lynn still gets hurt. Rodon should have been brought back on the QO, but most of the reason he is not back is because of health.

Yep. Hahn's warts are starting to show. We went after Manea apparently, but needed another legit starter before the injury. Injuries happen to all teams, which is why you have to plan for them the best you can. Lynn and DK are getting older and shouldn't be relied upon to stay healthy.
