that could be the case. it's just as likely not true. the sox have yanked him around since the minors and he might have been a convenient whipping boy for the entire train wreck last year. lots of guys struggle their 1st year in the majors. if i were another team, he'd be a guy i'd try to get as a buy low candidate.

I don't agree. He was about average over the course of the entire season. A bit of a poor start, but solid and steady the rest of the way. Just because you keep saying something, doesn't make it true.
