agreed... But we are just looking at all options... and there don't appear to be that many that are good SP that wouldn't require one of our top 4 prospects... I think we have to take on a rough contract (Sale, Darvish, Price, etc).

I have thought all night and day about where do we pivot and readjust now... No one on the market makes sense (except Strasburg, who we aren't after)... The only things that make sense is go heavy on hitters and create a mashing squad... ORRR call up the Cubs (Darvish) or Red Sox (Price or.... Sale).. Those appear to be the only reasonably aquireable SP that could actually help and wouldn't cost any of our top 4.

Price isn't worthless. I don't think they'll give you Benni for free essentially.

This isn't at all a MadBum thread.. We are talking about what's next.. Maeda, Price, Boston, Robbie Ray.

Maeda is a good SP.. I'd love having him.. The Dodgers always toyed with him and would rarely allow him to go past 6 IP no matter his pitch count. I've had him on my dynasty team for many years so i've followed him decently well.

I would not hate this. This may actually be the best option available at this point
