pains me to admit this but you know what?  ironically, after this offseason, this is the first time in the rebuild I'm actually having fun more often than not watching the team, even in losses.

There’s some exciting talent to watch.  Most games have been at least somewhat fun.

Many thanks to Moncada and Anderson. They make this team so fun

They’re gonna let this Castro kid sink, huh?

for sure.

@hogan873, yep.

woof, this is rough

which of our position guys can pitch here? is the lead safe enough for Fulmer?

Feel bad for Castro.

Castro's stuff reminds me of Mike McDougal

This game will help get the monkey off the back of a few players who have been putting pressure on themselves.  Abreu in particular struggles when he is trying to do to much.

That name should be censored on this board

We really have to take out Nicky in his 1st game

Subbing Engel for Nicky is pretty rough given how precious Nicky's time is here

Remember when some Sox fans wanted to trade David Robertson for Pedro Severino a couple years back? Lol.

I REALLY liked when they acquired him, thought he was going to be a stud. Whoops.

That makes two of us :glare:

I remember more people being pissed they traded Tyler Lumsden for a bum reliever. It turned out Lumsden was much more of a bum, as he never made it past AA IIRC.

My God Castro sucks

Bizarre shift

Mercy.  LOL at Stony turning that Q around on Jason.

I can't take what they're doing to this pitcher

If Benetti is going to use a cliche he should at least get it right.....the locals are getting restless???? WTF???? I like Jason but it is "the natives are getting restless".

Same with the Royals. They're both so far away that it wouldn't shock me if Witt and Abrams went 1st and 2nd.

On another note,  is anyone else starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel? I know they are at the super weak spot of their schedule, but I think they are about to turn a corner

The Royals are taking a college player at #2, it’s pretty much a guarantee.

I thought he was going to suck from the start. I was right.

I feel like they've been beating the shifts all game.

Oh come now a person can put his own spin on a cliche. Besides maybe best to not say natives ? Who knows.

let's see if he can work a 123.
