December 7, 20196 yr It truly sounds like the Sox are going for 3 pieces this offseason, They are looking at quantity over quality. Not saying I'm opposed to this based on all the holes. And not saying there isn't quality in a group of Grandal + Ozuna +Keuchel. In fact I think that would be the best Free Agency haul in the team's history. I truly would have preferred go all in one one big Whale, but that plan backfired already once. Spread the wealth, and hope your young players take the next step to help compliment that much needed playoff push.

December 7, 20196 yr Ozuna's defensive stats look fine. I keep hearing about how he's terrible and he can't throw anymore. But UZR and DRS graded his arm and overall defense really well in 2019. If his arm is an issue, then having him in RF will be rough.

Perhaps the most white Sox use of resources I could imagine. A caliber of player available every offseason, with a QO attached, that they are signing as a long term player. It’s a 2015 special.
