7/29 Sox vs Indians GT

WHERE'S RON???

Gold Glove defense out of Jose, lol.

Mercado can really play some D, too...Cleveland has a nicely balanced team, but I think their offense is just not enough to compete with NYY, MIN, HOU.   A bit like the 1990's Braves' teams that only won one World Series title in 14 attempts.

And he knew it, thus the broken bat

Changes the whole inning. Get the guy over with 1 out. Indians likely play the infield in and who knows maybe Moncada’s ball gets through. Make your own luck.

For the love of winning baseball please stop playing Leury at 2nd base.

PLEASE

Dude, our offense has looked horrible tonight.  This isn’t about luck & sequencing.

They had a man on second base and hit a ball 105 and 108. What do you think the expected outcome in that scenario is 0 runs?

Yesterday they left 10000 runs on base. Do you think driving in runs is a skill and not luck?

Garcia not a infielder

The LiMu Emu has better odds of getting a hit with RISP tonight.    Or Doug.

Btw, make sure to pick up Nate Pearson for your fantasy team before someone swoops him up.   Or Dustin May with LAD.

Or Brady Singer.

I know the outcome.

Waiting for Jack Parkman to argue/state/claim/assert Madrigal would have stopped that single...if the Indians go on to score here with two outs.

Yeah, there is actually some skill involved.  Driving in runs = wins.  I don't think every playoff team gets there via luck!

Here is your ballgame

Nice stop by Grandal

I thought about picking up Machine Gun Joe Kelly just for his antics and facial expressions vis a vis the Astros last night.  That's classic, baseball needs more of that kind of stuff...rivalry week.

Here comes your ballgame.

Fantasy league hitter vs. the young White Sox season, lol.   There can only be one outcome.

“Use The Force Luke”

Inning over!

exhale...

Outstanding effort tonight Lucas...let's get him some runs

@Jack Parkman isn't wrong

You know nothing Jon Snow

Now give him some run support.

So ignore the Indians’ bottom two starters both posting career highs in strikeouts because of two hard hit balls?

Good teams simply have more opportunities to drive in runs because they get more people on base and have a higher team OBP and OPS'.

LOL at career high.

This was Zack Plesac's 12th career start and Civales 22nd? I believe. So yes, it's been their "career highs" in less than 2/3 of a regular season.

Just laughable right there
