Worried about being healthy?  Here’s what Ricky did tonight: Had Giolito throw 119 pitches in his last start before the playoffs Had Heuer pitch again after throwing two innings yesterd

Ruiz and Gio just pitched back to back the highest leverage innings of the season.  Did I already post this?  You can only laugh to keep from crying.

  • This was the 13th game in a row. Guys are tired and there are no opportunities to catch a breather, let some soreness work itself out, or have a day to clear your head by not going to the ballpark.  I

Nope. And everyone is talking about his last six games, but José has been torrid for over half the season. He’s also the centerpiece of what’s been a great offense, whereas Ramirez is the only bulb glowing in a dogshit offense.

I don't necessarily disagree. If I had a vote I'd give it to Abreu. BUT, your last sentence is why Ramirez may win it. The Indians suck offensively, except Ramirez. If it wasn't for him, they might have 20 wins despite their staff

This would be a neat time for Luis to bounce back

Yelling is necessary if a team is playing lazy, making mental errors, etc. These guys just aren't hitting. I was one who wanted more starts for McCann, but now he can't hit for shit nor can he catch a pop up. It's simply a slump at a poor time

You think their approaches at the plate have been good?  You think mccann not jumping up right away on the pop up last inning wasnt lackadasical?  Tim anderson not getting in front of a grounder isnt laziness?

all of those things should be addressed with getting chewed out

That was his pitch

Late on the FB and chasing breaking balls

Bloom seems to be fading on McCaan.  I like for him to be resigned and maybe even an overpay but hes not an every day guy.

Who is going to chew them out?

There's that high fastball I was looking for.  Robert no bueno.

He can't hit a fastball right now

Can’t believe how bad the black holes in our lineup are performing right now.

Ozzie

2nd & 3rd, 0 out, and only score 1.  So many bad approaches at the plate right now.

Man Luis just looks totally hopeless.

Robert 0 for his last 26. Moncada 1 for his last 33. That is pretty incredible.

1 for last 64 for three of our guys

Nope. team is still in that deep funk.

Sit Robert Thursday

Could we have considered pinch hitting Nomore for Robert there? As absurd as it sounds, it’s somewhat of a serious question. ?

Sucks to only come away with one but at least we’re knotted up.

Fair point all around. Really hope it doesn’t shift things against our guys.

Mccaan and robert both struck out on seeing one strike between them.....good lord.

They better wake the fuck up or baseball is over sometime next week.

sorry i laughed. but how is that even possible with how good this team was a month ago.

Why the hell is giolito still out there?

He doesn't have a pitch. Even Stone just now said all he does is hit hangers, and even those lately have been fouled off. He can't hit ANYTHING. I'm both aggravated as f*** right now and also sympathic toward him because I bet he feels awful.. yet I feel awful for having to watch him miss baseballs defensively and swing without contact repeatedly offensively
