My god...it's boring baseball, but it's quite effective, and the only practical way to compete with the Yankees, Red Sox and Blue Jays...on that shoestring budget.

I'm not surprised anymore . Just used to it. Runner on 3rd less then 2 outs doesn't get me excited anymore.  The sox haven't been a disciplined team in years.

I think this is happening too, but thinking like that only hurts the team. Take your walks if it comes to that and force pitchers to come into the strike zone.
