Agreed, we're all pretty terrible around here. If I were you, I'd just logout, and not return. Nothing worth reading here, anyways.

Atleast we have our hero Hamilton to drive In the runs that yermin doesn’t

I'd like to see Yermin get a day or two.  Dude has been pretty brutal lately.

No one more jacked up that Ramirez robbed that double from yermin than greydawg. Congrats big guy!

Yermin had two really hard hit balls today. Him pressing a little and expanding the zone is frustrating. He has been doing that all year though and fouling off tough pitches. Ups and downs w

they've been awful and against the Sox suddenly they are the 27 Bronx Bombers.  Goodness.  Part of that is on Dylan.

What are the chances we both mention the Bronx Bombers in the same thread, lol

Still have high hopes for Dylan, but 3.1 inning outings just aren’t acceptable.

Punting game 2 looks even more stupid now.

Cease doesn't have shit today, making the Indians weak offense look like the Bronx Bombers, no bueno

They're not hitting him hard.  He's just nibbling all over the place and not going after them with his power stuff to strike people out.

This is the old Cease from the past.

Send this scrub down to Birmingham

So weather guys, Sox gonna play tomorrow?

Seriously go get some!  Or a life.  Neither will probably happen.

So, I guess every other start by Cease is bad. Weird game log, for sure.

What about 3.1 inning outings?

Yeah that was what made this tough. We basically said we don't want game two and then got Bieber. All you can ask for is a chance and we still have it. If we lose tonight we need to find a way to win tomorrow or rain out.

LaRussa waving the white flag with Ruiz? I don't ever want to see this guy unless we're up big or down big...make me eat crow Jose!

Cease and Rodon needed to be better in this series but this offense is brutal currently.  To say Cease sucks is lunacy.

Comparing 2020 to 2021 is apples to oranges as the starting pitching is better but the offense and pen were light years better last year.

Had very little zip on his pitches today.  Lots of high breaking pitches. I wonder if the higher pitch count last outing caught up to him.

He didn’t have good command. They also scored two runs on infield singles after a strike out could have ended the inning. He didn’t pitch well, but better than his line might suggest.

ruiz can get the job done.

Get of yermins joint and look at him. That will help

So glad we just want Jose Ramirez to beat us over and over.

Lol now everybody thinks cease sucks. Give me break. A lot of fair weather BS here

Greater track record of sucking though.  He hasn’t proven anything yet.

Nope, Ruiz just isn't that good

I just think he’s still wildly inconsistent. He’s been better this year for sure, but he just hasn’t been able to find that consistency at all. But again, that’s easier said than done. If Cease finds “consistency” with his stuff, he’s a great #2...which aren’t easy to find.

ruiz didn't get the job done.
