They completely fucked up his development. He has to be traded at this point. 

He should be a starter, but not for the Sox. The fact that they started his clock already and he has to be optioned each year also reduces his value. He needs to go to AA and start. 

He should also scrap the changeup for a splitter. Not enough separation between his fastball and change in game situations.

Why the fck would they trade him when His value is all time low? They could easily acquire a reliever and send him down to develop.

There's no guarantee that he'll be ready by the time he runs out of options. Especially if they use one this year. 

He has to be developed at the MLB level by a rebuilding team at this point. 

I agreed with the pick but they totally botched his development completely.

He threw 101... and you dont see any starters that throw that hard and he had two pitches.
