Sox really need at least 3 out of 4 vs Oakland, probably need to sweep to be in a good position to win the division.  Cleveland might get to .500 some day.

Going to my first game in Chicago in over 7 years. Been looking forward to this weekend all year, let's get the W!

Vaughn is the only player I like watching on both sides of the game.

Moncada has a 630 OPS in his last 30 games

Fer reals?

I thought Vaughn hit a fastball out, but it was a slider. Still, location was very similar.

He's no Joe Crede, that's for sure

Ruiz somehow looked better than Kimbrel and Hendriks against the Yanks.

I'll be impressed if the pen holds them to the 3 runs. Am I asking for much?

Who doesn't look better than Hendriks?

Throw Odor out.

Yankees got that call in the top of the inning, it's only fair.

Can Carlos Perez be any worse than Zavala?

Kevan Smith ? Isn't he a FA now ?

I've never seen that before. A wild pitch going over the netting.

Maybe Moncada should no longer play against  LH pitchers.

He flat out sucks.

or bat lefty against them.  I'm sure he'd have more power.

Seb is quite an upgrade behind the plate.

How did they not get a catcher at the deadline?

If Odor was closer to the plate it would have been a ball.

Shadows are creeping in. That 2 run lead is gonna feel like a 8 run lead.

Nasty Bummer, please be back we need you.

For as bad as the Sox have played today, the Yankees are letting them hang around.  Let’s steal one today!

7 hits and 1 run doesn't cut it.

Went from being extremely strong at catcher to very strong at closer.

I would think trying to get a catcher would have been difficult and from the same league.

Let's freakin' go !!

Ridings is gonna be really hard to hit with the shadows creeping in. He's been on pitching ninja quite a bit.

consecutive extra base hits would be novel and appreciated

James McCann has been hitting .224 with a .596 OPS in his last 30 games. Too bad we didn’t resign him, yea?
