Great job by Yoan!

2 more strikeouts and SoxTalk will be back to reaming Leury.

Wait Leury is good?

In a 3 hour broadcast, the announcers are on screen for a total of what, 3 minutes? You really think women are going to tune into a 3 hour baseball game to see Gordon Beckham for 3 minutes?

I'll have you know I can finish in half that time!

Sox getting that pitch count up on Ray.

Cesar just looks overmatched every at bat.  Robert continues to look great.

Did the Indians send us a Trojan Horse?

Yea, because they’re clearing winning this division… not us.

nice job of manufacturing a run.. but that inning also shows why we cant score consistently lately.

won't take walks and swing at way to many pitches well out of the zone.

its reverting back to losing ways.

Remember when we thought we were getting an upgrade at second base at the deadline? No idea why they didn’t just address the black hole in RF.

They relied on a guy in RF who had leg issues the entire season (Engel).  If you can’t play a guy back to back games, he’s not your answer for the postseason.

wow look at that release on the changeup, picture perfect.

He just missed it.

Got away with that but yea Wrigley might not even be that bad with fly balls lol

Joey Gallo would have fit in nicely.

Their issue was relying on him to be in a part time platoon with Eaton. Swings and misses on both those predictions

Ray looks like a guy on vitamins.

While both of those things are generally true, Ray is a top 5 pitcher in the AL so hits are going to be hard to come by.

I was actually happy to see him yesterday. Speaks to the quality of some of the other regular members of this lineup.

Prioritizing Kimbrel above Gallo or Bryant was, uhmm... pretty questionable, to say the least. Even in the moment.

You were right when he first came back he would have limited availability.

Very disappointing as he has been solid the past two seasons hitting against RH and LH pitching (always was solid defensively), seemed to figure it out. He turned out to have the worst injury(ies) of all, completely unexpected.

Did we already talk about his pants?
