Great to win but again  no runs the last five innings of the game.

I have been on edge all season but after weathering the injuries it felt inevitable since mid-June 

Now let's hope for the best in the playoffs. 

October can't get here soon enough. 

Congrats to our White Sox, dont't stop now boys.

LaRussa will be getting his drink in tonight.  On the road, so no one should be in danger.

I keep thinking about all those hypotheticals during the rebuild of "would you rather be the braves winning the division every year or win WS once and be out 5 years" and everyone being like "of course the braves"

Love this board forever for always being entertaining, but it's been a lot nicer with the sox good and just speaking to non-diehards who are just like "sure is a fun team"! Yeah! It is, winning baseball rules. And it can make you miserable, but it rules.

You could be forgiven for suspecting this team kicks ass exactly, and only, when it matters.

Its why I say -> I'll take the Braves and I enjoyed this season a ton and regardless of what happens in October this was a fun year. Meaningful baseball with lots of wins is fun and the team has a lot of likeable guys too.  

 

 

 

 

 

Great to see this for Abreu. He had to spend some long years on some bad teams. May this be the beginning of many more.

I would like to specifically thank the White Sox (and I guess Rob Manfred?) for finishing this game at 3:58 local time so that I could walk down the hall and be on time for my 4:00 meeting.
