Man the amount of energy people are wasting on being hurt about what the announcers were saying is surprising even for Soxtalk.

Terrible

I think Lynn starting game 4 on short rest can be safely ruled out

I’m an optimistic guy, but if Lynn gives up another one here it’s going to be a real kick to the junk

Not sure what's more panful, Lynn pitching or Admin Amin announcing.

FOX has to do better for a  B team, right?

This like Stockton /Baldinger for NFL Fox.

This should be Crochet here

Astros OWN Lance.

They have an awesome approach against him

Not at 60-75 cents on the dollar. We already got underpaid on Madrigal and Heuer.

One thing has nothing to do with the other.

Lynn has nothing today

The Royals would be rocking what he’s throwing this inning

Well that and you know, the 2005 team was better than this one...

Sure, you just were shocked when they blew a lead from the 7th on. This team might certainly possess more talent on the offensive side, but the chemistry or cohesion isn't comparable with guys like Uribe and Buehrle. Most importantly, we had the hottest pitcher in baseball, whereas Lynn and Rodon have fallen off the pace.

He never has anything against Houston

Yeah absolutely need to keep it at 3-0 here.

If only the Sox could have known he wasn't 100% before the game started ?

Sox need a break right here. A hit here from Brantley makes it real hard to come back in this one.

He's got good stuff, no location, no control

This feels like the 84th inning...not the 4th

Wow they are keeping him in

The teams in the postseason this year are significantly better than they were in 2005

This isn't very surprising.  Wish it wasn't the case.  I really hope Tony quits after the season.

All the flashing arrows and signs had Gio starting in game 1 but ole TLR decides otherwise

Yeah he’s been bad against them last couple years. If Rodon’s arm wasn’t toast, you could go Rodon Giolito games 1 and 2 but obviously was not an option.

He's not locating

Tony finally learned.

About time.  It was a no brainer to hit and run with Abreu at the plate in possible double play situations.

.125 career postseason batting average, .600 OPS with awful defense

He had a 1229 ops for the Sox in the playoffs last year. Sorry, I don't give a shit about his performance for the dodgers 7 years ago.

Fuck off Tony
