Better go big at 2B or RF then

They need to go big at 2B, RF, a couple of Starting Pitchers, a Catcher, and rebuild the bullpen.  They won't.

Edit:  And they need a Manager.

What a 4 and a half hour Sox playoff win does to this 20 year old dog of mine...

  • How about for '22 we invoke a dress code for starters. Caps on straight, shirts buttoned and no jewelry. We lead the league in chains. Maybe hire Gabe Kapler away from Giants to instill a little purpo

Bunch of losers.

If he would have told the guys that the goal is to score runs, we win the series. Massive blunder by TLR.

or the pitchers the goal is to keep the runs and walks down.

I hope the Asshoes all get dysentery, bleed out of their eyeballs, and uncontrollably shit themselves to death.

The team coasted to a very convincing Central crown.  Yes he is responsible.  This roster was not ready to make the kind of run we all wished we would see.  Just seeing that previous post of a pitching staff with an era over 8 tells me everything I need to know.

I forget, whose fault was the coasting?

Alright boys the season was fun, even if it ended like shit. I'm off to Maui tomorrow. At least I can enjoy Hawaii without thinking about the Sox constantly.

Enjoy be safe have a nice flight

Tried to get Altuve to talk shit about the cheating accusations, lol

Sox are back to sucking in the playoffs when we get in. In 05 the Sox won almost every game. Now we stink in the postseason. The core players need to improve, get their home run upper cut strokes refined and management needs to fix the pitching and add some power in RF.

Congratulations Houston. They barely squeaked by. The Sox really dominated but lost due to cheating.

I honestly think they don't want other teams or the media to bring that up. It's a distraction.

Nope they will bargain bin hunters if that... Cause jr said we need to get creative

Congrats to the Astros.  They were the better team this time.  Thanks to the Sox for an exciting season.  Will get them next season.

We had a guy that didn't fit this mold. Traded him for garbage.

The guy who wouldn't have played anyway was going to save our season. Nice work.

I hope Frank rips the sox on postgame show.

No one player saves this season. If you think he wouldn't be a good piece for the future, I don't even.

I hope Frank is hired as hitting coach.

31 runs given up in 4 games 7.75 team ERA. Yeesh.

18 runs scored in 4 games. 4.5 runs per game, but heavily carried by 12 runs in game 3. 2 runs per game in the losses. Yeesh.

Frank is the hitting coach

You're right. No players were overcoming this leadership.

That's why I like DJ on the radio he holds nothing back

Was at the game. Embarrassing.

7.75 runs per game. Would take a lot of leadership to cut that down to a realistic number to compete against.

Like Adam W and AJ said, as long as this core keeps making the playoffs, people will always bring it up...I don't know if they're cheating or not but we can't give them the benefit of the doubt, that's for sure

I don’t give AF what people say, Rick Renteria should still be the manager of this team. Hahn was too smart for his own good when he fired Ricky and got big timed by Reinsdorf, who brought his corpse of a friend in. Nothing was the same after that.

Tony wouldn’t commit to returning
