Yeah, the general rule is you want at least 8 mph difference to be really effective.

Effective reliever? Sure. What got everyone geeked was 100mph Crochet that had Sox fans with dreams of Randy Johnson and Chris Sale in their heads. It’s disappointing any way you slice it.
