I think that was a slider. That's really not a competitive pitch unless you're heavily cheating fastball.

That's a nice comp. Abreu has gone through this countless times and he's always come out fine. I hope Pollock can do the same but you never know with someone that's this old.

It was nowhere near a strike, low and away. As someone already mentioned, it looked like he decided he was going to swing no matter what
