Why in God's name is Pollock hitting second when he hasn't come close to earning it?

Leury is probably the only other alternative according to TLR. That's when Yoan isn't playing.

  • So, to be clear. Vaughn, Robert, Anderson, and Moncada all need rest frequently or something. Abreu, Grandal, Harrison, Pollock, and Garica need to play every game. The first group is y

  • The better version of this should be "I knew my career was over when I saw Rick Hahn calling"

  • Moncada/TA can't play two games. Garcia/Harrison have to play two games. Chess not checkers.

Tony has an extensive collection of topps baseball cards in a folder he reviews. What does your card say, numbers wise? oh you don't have one....

Hopefully can get at least two more innings out of Cease.  Pretty hot there but not the unbearable July/August weather.

Can't get Lopez out today.

Trying to fool him instead of overpowering him

Great play by Anderson.

I don't think he had 2nd base.

How are they not reviewing that?

First ground ball out of the entire game against Cease.

Caught a break there, don't think he had it

Out.

The safe play there is to just get the out at 1st. It's a good thing KC didn't review that one.

Probably would have been caught by Engel.

Ok, with that look, I think he did have 2nd base. Barely.

Yep, he had it.  Phenomenal play

Because he was out. Royals' announcers didn't make an attempt to argue after watching just one replay.

Yet another blown AB with RISP, third time for OHearn.

Can't get away with that against Murderers Row in the Bronx.

Garrett good stuff terrible control.

Nice to see them working some walks finally

What the actual hell, TLR? That makes absolutely no sense at all.

Lefty Lefty only to pinch run.  Genius!

Leury could've stood there, done nothing and walked.

Nothing he does makes sense. I don’t even mind letting sheets hit there I guess, but why in the world do you let him hit and then pinch run him? It’s just baffling.

As best I can tell Leury struck out on 5 pitches out of the zone.

Leury didn't see a single strike and struck out.
