  • What they really need is new ownership and then everything that trickles down because of it

You run on Benintendi every chance you get.  He made a throw earlier this year that didn't even make it to the catcher.  He has a 20 arm but somehow uncorked a good throw there.  It was a good send.

His arm isn’t good but the ball was very shallow. He had the ball way before Harrison even touched third.

Of course.  He had back to back good games.  Gotta get him out of there.

I think no sane Sox fan would criticize Robert > Abreu.

I want a 5 game sweep. Make up fort hat Yankees series last weekend and the one that's coming...

Lol ?

I don't get it Leury is hugging the Mendoza line at .200, has a -0.4 war, but Tony insists on playing him in both games????

We also have an actual outfielder who apparently can't play RF, so we stick another IB-DH out in RF and play the outfielder in LF the easier of the two outfield positions.

This manager is insane.

My god lol

not even sure what you can say at this point. it's like the Sox are trying to compete for highest usage of every man on the roster and not a division title.

TA needs a game off, he looked bad this afternoon.

of course people complain about every single lineup if all the regulars dont play every day.  Its a long season.

They are competing for October. As in winning the last regular season game of October. Lol

I mean who do you play there if Tim Anderson is given the 2nd game off?

If we win this one my lady says she will give me a nice surprise later. Now that could just mean some apple pie but still lol.

Robert is the only guy in the lineup with an average over .250

What a freaking clown. He's starting to hit stride lol.

This makes the Ozzie Sunday Specials look almost Einsteinian.

I guess our goal of being 3-3 against KC and 6-11 against the Central so we can play more meaningful games in the second half is well on its way to being fulfilled.

Mission accomplished.

Who the heck needs HFA against the Yankees, Astros or Angels anyway?

Even Ron is perplexed by this move.  Have to get him out of there against a tough righty.

Sal Perez already on the DL.

Last Royals catcher to go both ends of a DH was 1995, Melendez.

Carlos Santana as back up, originally a catcher coming up.

112 EV off Robert's bat.

Singer has been working almost  exclusively on change and breaking stuff in the minors over three starts.

Grandal with a seeing eye single against the shift.

Sheets strands two with an absolute can of corn to RCF.

Benetendi tweaked something on a swing but it didn't last too long

I wish Stone was calling this one.

There is a movie you should watch from the 90's about this one time at band camp.
