Lynn looks like he's not ready to pitch to Major League hitters.

Strip Herm of his Trainer Emeritus title

Absolutely.

One pitch 1 HR. Their first HR in 9 games. Fire the trainers. Fire Katz. And of course, Fire Tony.

Make Katz the manager. That would be more fun.

Lynn doesn't look anything close to first half 2021 form. That wasn't expected, but he looks like a shadow of his former self.

Lynn throwing some big time free cheese over the plate

Sheesh, Baez stinks

His stuff is not where it needs to be right now. He probably gets away with some of these bad pitches when he's throwing 93+. But at 91, even minor league hitters were pissing all over it.

Story has settled in at .740 ops.  Semien, Correa and Seager all underperforming for the huge dollars they received.

2 runs for Tigers of course, lead is gone

Lot of dead money on the books next year between the fat man and Grandal...

holy crap, this lineup is semi regular. I feel like I just got my kid to sit on the pot for the first time

Detroit is, by far, the worst offense and lowest scoring in baseball and they come right out and mash on us.

it’s not our year boys.

Tigers are quite excited for a team buried at the bottom of the division.

Don't you wish the Sox were "quite excited for a team buried at the bottom of the division?" Because these boners play with absolutely no enthusiasm

Good thing Jerry didn't waste his precious money on them

Looks more like Velasquez when he doesn't have his better stuff.

More Cardinals' vets please.

Vaughn slow out of the box on that single and slow to make instinctual throws from the outfield.

Sadly probably + Eloy too

Moncada? Kelly? Pollock? Leury?

Tork could destroy one of these 90 mph fastballs

right down the middle and luckily he missed it

Maybe Lynn's fat ass should have lost some weight while he was rehabbing his bum knee

Oof. Not a good look here

Lynn's stuff got better as the inning went on. 93-94 on the fastball at the end.
