We left too many runs on the table this game with no clutch hitting, bad base running , and Harrison hitting 8 th.  Would have preferred Ruiz in the 8th rather than a AAA rookie.  Ruiz generally sucks but he has been in pressure situations many times before.

Of course that time it's outside.  Eddings learns how to umpire.

The lesson Rick Hahn will take from this is he has to devote even more resources to the bullpen

Look, if Tony is trying to rest guys who are otherwise are healthy then he should be ridiculed, but Lopez pitched two yesterday and Kelly might be limited at the moment.  I don’t normally defend Tony as I think he’s an abomination, but this is likely more of a roster problem than a usage problem IMO.
