They can't send him down unless he agrees to go.

This is not accurate, though they won’t be sending him down. He has less than 5 years of service and 2 options remaining.

  • People need to start accepting this team just isn’t good. They’ve given us no reason all year to think it’s a playoff team.   The rebuild is in peril.

  • Reinsdorf needs to sell. He doesn’t give a shit about anything besides trying to win on his own terms.  Him and Tony just need to leave this franchise and go b**** about the status of the game elsewhe

I'm at the lowest point of my fandom as an adult. That's all. A very solipsistic view but one I'm sure is shared by quite a few people around 30-50.

Now Kopech forgot how to pitch.

Kopech just isn’t the same since the injury. It’s way past time they put him on the IL.

Getting swept in this series so the team has clarity to sell is probably for the best anyways. tear the bandage right off.

Game over, sweep incoming.

Sox don't have a lot of good players. Talent has been overrated by everyone.

I'm beginning to agree with this.

They don't seem to have a good culture in player development either. A guy like AJ Pollock is a damn good player on the Dodgers but comes here to rot.

Sorry you gotta be perfect Michael, because your offense sucks a giant turd.

Welp....Minny is looking to drop a fatality here, to finish the season for the hapless Sox.

100 pct correct.  Blow it up

His swinging strike rate has been down for quite awhile. He's been getting by with smoke and mirrors lately. He'll eventually be fine, but such is dealing with growing pains with a guy starting for the first time in like 4 years.

Not a good night so far for the Sale trade.

It must be cool to watch your team hit HR’s…

If someone didn't give a shit, wouldn't the area it shows up more than any other be on defense? come on.

Not necessarily.  Probably base running would be the most likely place  for most players but everybody's different.  Some players may take too many strikes because they don't give a shit, while others may just go hacking at everything.  Not hustling to first base would be an indicator but it's hard to tell when the manager tells the whole team not to hustle.

Team is dead.... Thanks Jerry

Schwarber is going to hit more homers in July than the entire Sox team.   Good job Rick

Tigers will come in and take 3 of 4 and we can call it good on this season.

Come on now....

We have hit 3 in about 18 games

Just wait until the weather heats up at GR Field.

tim hits into a lot of double plays for someone who is supposed to have speed.

This team is so unlikeable.  Absolutely no effort, no excitement, just a bad, boring baseball team.

Thought he had 5 years of service. Thanks for the correction.

Agree 100%. Baserunning is where it would show the most. Fielding, for guys that are great at it, just happens at times. Baserunning....takes some focus and attention.

Man Kopech throwing 93, what the fuck is going on
